Timeliness

Please be on time for class. Classes begin and end at very specific times. Please arrive early enough so that the swimmer has time to stop by the bathroom, get changed and get their equipment ready before class begins. Arriving late will effect the length of time of the lesson (a shorter lesson) and being 15 minutes late may result in a no-show. Swim Instructors are held to the same standard.

Equipment

  • Swim Suits: All students must wear appropriate swimwear. It is recommended that girls wear one-piece swimsuits.
  • Swim Diapers: All students under the age of three or that are not potty-trained are required to wear a disposable swim diaper. A reusable swim diaper is highly recommended to put over the disposable diaper.
  • Swim Caps: Any student that has hair long is recommended to wear a swim cap. This will help the swimmer feel more comfortable in the water.
  • Towels: Please remember to bring a towel to each lesson. When getting out of the pool, it is cold and walking around wet is not recommend as the swimmer can easily get sick. Towels are not provided.

REGISTRATION AND TUITION

Little Swimsters provides two enrollment formats depending on the program. All programs are open year-round with ongoing enrollment based on availability.

Class availability may vary depending on the time of year and instructor coverage. Current availability can be viewed on our calendar via our website or app.

All regular classes are private 1:1 lessons. Adult group classes are offered in a 3:1 format. Semi-private classes are available by request for swimmers of similar ages and skill level.

Private and Semi-Private Classes: Enrollment reserves a recurring weekly time slot for each swimmer. Tuition is billed monthly based on the swimmer’s scheduled classes.

Adult Group Classes: Enrollment is offered through a class pass system. Swimmers may purchase a 5, 10, or 15 class pass and attend any available group class. Enrollment is flexible and not tied to a recurring weekly time.

Passes are only available for purchase through the Little Swimsters app.

A non-refundable $25 annual registration fee per household is required upon enrollment. Tuition for private and semi-private classes is drafted on the 1st of each month based on the swimmer’s scheduled classes for that month.

Payment is required in full at the time of initial enrollment. If enrollment begins mid-month, tuition will be prorated accordingly. Tuition reflects swimmer’s reserved time and dedicated instruction, not attendance.

A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file. Families may request to pay by cash or check, however:

  • A$30 fee will be applied for any returned checks
  • Payments not received by the 5th of the month will be charged to the card on file unless otherwise arranged.

CLASS TIMES

Lesson length is based on age and program type:

  • 20minute private lessons for swimmers ages 2 and under
  • 30minute private and semi-private lessons for swimmers ages 3 and up
  • 45minute group classes for adult programs

Swimmers choosing private or semi-private classes are enrolled in a consistent weekly day and time on a recurring monthly basis. This consistency allows for stronger instructor relationship and more effective progression. Current class availability can be viewed on our online calendar. Adult group classes operate on a flexible schedule. Swimmers may attend any available class using their class pass and are not assigned a recurring weekly time. Attendance is subject to class availability and capacity limits.

Families may request to change their weekly day and time based on availability. Schedule changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Request can be made at any time and will be accommodated when possible.

Schedule adjustments are rare but may occur due to instructor availability or facility needs. Families will be notified in advanced whenever possible.

TIMELINESS

Lessons begin and end at scheduled times. Please arrive early to allow your swimmer time to change, use the restroom, and be fully prepared before their lesson begins. Late arrivals will result in a shortened lesson, as classes will still end at the scheduled time. Swimmer arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

In the event a lesson begins late due to Little Swimsters, we will make every effort to provide the full lessons time whenever possible.
